2024 Conference News

 

YES!! There will be a conference in 2024 at the newly remodeled Riverhouse Hotel and Convention Center in Bend, Oregon. The date of the meeting is May 15, 16 & 17.

If you’re working on your 2024 budget, here’s a brief overview of the registration fees and guest room block rates:

 

Conference registration fee for the full 2.5 day conference

• AHMA members: $450

• Non-members: $550

 

Trade show registration fee for the May 16 show:

• AHMA member vendors: The booth is complimentary!

• Non-member vendors: $550

 

Meals only (no classes):

• Spouse/Guest Meals, AHMA Member: $175

• Spouse/Guest Meals, Non-member: $250

• Banquet only: $50

 

Discounted guest rooms at the Riverhouse Hotel:

• $159 – Deluxe, non-river view

• $169 – River view
