   Oregon AHMA provides continuing education classes for owners, management agents, project managers, maintenance technicians, home office staff, resident services staff, and compliance officers of federally subsidized, multifamily housing.

    Oregon AHMA is a Certified Continuing Education Provider with the Oregon Real Estate Agency. The registration section of the training flyer lists the number of CEUs available if the program topic qualifies for continuing education credit with the Agency.

    Oregon AHMA members enjoy substantial registration discounts. We extend this discount to members of our sister AHMA associations. Not a member? Don’t worry… Oregon AHMA classes are open to anyone working in the affordable housing community. Our goal is to offer the best continuing education in Oregon at a price that won’t break your training budget!

    All course materials and meals are included in the registration fee, unless otherwise noted. We strive to make our attendees feel welcome by providing meals, door prizes, candy, comfortable seating, and the opportunity to socialize with colleagues. Membership information is always available on our browse table. All attendees receive a certificate of attendance.

    Many of our classes are held at the Salem Convention Center in Salem, but our programs also travel to pleasant, housing project community and conference rooms in Portland, Eugene, Lincoln City, La Grande, Redmond, Boardman, and Grants Pass.

    Our programs cover a broad spectrum of topics relevant to the management of HUD, RD, HOME, and Tax Credit multifamily housing.
