The 2026
Oregon AHMA & OHCS
Spring Symposium
And after ten years, throw it away and start all over.” –Alfred Edward Perlman
After taking a break in 2025, our annual conference has been dusted off and given a fresh look just in time for spring! In collaboration with our partner, OHCS, we are hosting a two day symposium. It's a slimmer version of our annual conference, but in this year of regulatory chaos, confusion, and cuts, we believe that it's a prudent course to take.
Registration materials will be published on this page on Monday, March 2nd. Meanwhile, here are a few of the particulars:
-
Our Spring Symposium will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, May 20 & 21, 2026 at Salem Convention Center in Salem.
-
We have arranged for a block of guest rooms at the adjacent Grand Hotel for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights.
-
The tracks start at 9 am and end at 4 pm so that our commuters can get ahead of rush hour.
-
All of our sessions qualify for CEU credits for attendees with broker or property management licenses.
-
We're very aware of your increasing budgetary challenges, so there will be just one registration fee for everyone, members and non-members:
-
$350 per person IF you register by April 15
-
$450 per person if you register after April 15
-
The fees include meals, classes, and handouts.
-
-
The trade show will be held in the dining hall during an extended lunch hour, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm on Thursday.
Please return to this page on Monday March 2nd to
