As Oregon’s summers continue to grow warmer, Energy Trust of Oregon is helping multifamily property owners create onsite cooling spaces for residents. The Landlord Provided Cooling Space (LPCS) initiative can cover up to 100% of cooling equipment costs, providing a safe, comfortable environment for residents during extreme heat.
If you are looking to install in-unit cooling, Energy Trust offers rebates on equipment like ductless heat pumps and packaged terminal heat pumps. Energy Trust provides many other incentives to improve the energy efficiency of your multifamily property.
